ATLANTIC LUBE-O-SEAL
- A totally waterproof and chemical-resistant, synthetic grease containing
PTFE. Formulated to form a tough durable film that prevents metal-to-metal
contact even under extreme loads. ATLANTIC LUBE-O-SEAL is NSF/USDA
H-1 registered, which gives it full acceptability for use in all areas where
incidental food contact may occur. Applications include all moderate moving;
plain and anti-friction bearings, slides, sterilizer chains, valves, universal
joints, O-rings, etc.
Operating temperature 0°F to 425°F

ATLANTIC LVI-50 - A specially formulated variation of
ATLANTIC LUBE-O-SEAL, having similar characteristics, designed for
use in higher-speed bearing applications or where a less tenacious grease is
required. This premium multi-purpose, non-melting, waterproof grease is
designed to seal out water and lubricate under the most demanding conditions.
Applications include all plain and anti-friction bearings, slides, pump
bearings, wheel bearings, electric motors, sealers, filler O-rings,
etc.

ATLANTIC HTL-500
GREASE - A specially designed pure synthetic, non-melting grease fortified
with PTFE. Designed as a multi-service lubricant to provide maximum equipment
protection in extremely LOW or HIGH temperatures. Coupled with its NSF/USDA H-1
registation and unique operating temperature, ATLANTIC HTL-500
GREASE is the perfect choice in a wide variety of applications including
freezer bearings, oven bearings, pumps, kilns, conveyors, etc.

ATLANTIC HYDROLUBE - A
pure Synthetic, Waterproof, extreme pressure grease designed for adverse
conditions of Extreme Loads and High Water Wash areas. Due to its Heavy-Duty
lubrication qualities and NSF/USDA H-1 registration, it is an excellent choice
for all slow to moderate moving bearings, sliding surfaces, open gears, etc.

ATLANTIC HVS-100 SILICONE
GREASE - A non-toxic silicone lubricant with excellent dielectric
properties plus physical and thermal stability. It is insoluble in water,
alcohols, dilute acids and caustics; vegetable and mineral oils. A USDA H-1 and
NSF rating permits use in applications where there may be incidental food
contact or for use in potable water systems.

ATLANTIC 775 FMG
GREASE- A white semi-synthetic, extreme pressure, non-melting grease
designed for superior general lubrication in food processing facilities.
Together with its semi-synthetic base oils and polymer additives, it forms a
protective film that seals out water and protects against corrosion and wear in
either high or low temperature applications

ATLANTIC PF-27 and PF -30
GREASES utilize perfluoropolyether (PFPE) base oils, combined with
superior additives, and thickened with PTFE to form shear stable greases. They
can be used in a myriad of applications. Whenever one finds limitations with
their present grease, ATLANTIC PF-27 and PF-30 meet
the challenging requirements. For example, ATLANTIC PF-27 and
PF-30 do not attack seals under high temperature; they are not
attacked by fuming sulfuric acid, or high pH caustic sodium hydroxide; they
have no flash points; therefore, they are safe to use under any conditions.
They are safe to use in oxygen service, because they meet ASTM D-2512
requirements. They can be used continually up to 550°F, so they find a
multitude of uses in high temperatures applications. They have high EP
characteristics, so they can be used in heavily loaded gears and bearings.
ATLANTIC 30 is designed for medium to high speed bearings.
ATLANTIC PF-27 is for slow to medium speed bearings.

them full acceptability for use in all areas where incidental food contact may
occur.

ATLANTIC 350 SILICONE
GREASE - Formulated from pure, low viscosity polydimethyl silicone oils
then coupled with the highest quality additives available to assure maximum
wear and corrosion protection. It is insoluble in water, alcohols, mineral
oils, and dilute acids & caustics. It is an excellent lubricant for
O-rings, seals and other rubber or plastic applications.
ATLANTIC 350
SILICONE GREASE is also NSF/USDA H-1 registered, which gives it full
acceptability for use in all areas where incidental food contact may occur or
for use in potable water systems.
