ATLANTIC VALVE CHEAT-HER - an advanced concept for general purpose valve lubrication and sealing with excellent anti-seize properties to minimize valve freeze-up. ATLANTIC VALVE CHEAT-HER has a balanced blend of lubricating additives designed to release frozen or hard-to-operate valves while still providing a good seal against products in the line. ATLANTIC VALVE CHEAT-HER is designed for use in all lubricated valves in hydrocarbon, LPG, aromatics, natural gas, aqueous solutions, acids, caustics, general high-temperature and many other services. ATLANTIC VALVE CHEAT-HER cuts down time, extends valve life, keeps valves operating freely, and allows for better adjustment.

ATLANTIC NO. 2 H.D. - is highly versatile valve sealant and lubricant that contains a balanced blend of fine to coarse PTFE particles suspended in a special synthetic lubricating carrier. ATLANTIC No. 2 HD is designed for use on ball or plug valves that are leaking fuel to wear or scoring. It is resistant to a large variety of line products such as water, crude or heating oils, fuels, dilute acids and caustics, steam, petroleum solvents, butane, propane, L.P.G., etc.

ATLANTIC NO. 3 - With Fluorocarbon Resin - An excellent plug valve lubricant/sealant for general hydrocarbon and LPG service. Good for crude oil and compressor station valves, excellent as lubricant/sealant in X-mas tree valves. Excellent for applications in wastewater and sewage treatment facilities.

ATLANTIC NO. 4 - is a pure synthetic, non-melting, acid resistant lubricant/sealant containing micro fine PTFE particles ATLANTIC No. 4 was designed for all lubricated valves operating in corrosive environments of sulfuric acid, caustic soda, brine, fatty acids, ammonia, and other severe service conditions.

Temperature Range: 0°F to 500°F

ATLANTIC NO. 6 - For WKM, OCT Lanzagorta, Gray, Seaboard, Barton, Vetco, and other valves with body cavities and seat lubrication on gate valves. Can be used on both line valves or pipeline production and X-mas trees, both gas and crude service.

ATLANTIC NO. 7 - was developed for use in difficult-to-hold products such as: gasoline, aviation fuels, mineral spirits, and other fuel blends. Will not contaminate line products.

ATLANTIC PF-30 LUBE is a perflouropolyether (PFPE) base oil, with state-of-the-art additives, which is thickened with PTFE to form a grease. It can be used in a myriad of applications. Whenever one finds limitations with their present grease, ATLANTIC PF-30 meets challenging requirements. For example, ATLANTIC PF-30 does not attack seals under high temperature; it is not attacked by fuming sulfuric acid, or high pH caustic sodium hydroxide; it has no flash point; therefore, it is safe to use under any conditions. It is safe to use in oxygen service; it can be used continually at 550°F, so it finds a multitude of uses at high temperatures, it has a low pour point for excellent low temperature performance. It has very low volatility at high temperatures, so it can be used in heavily loaded bearings.

ATLANTIC VALVE PURGE - is a specially formulated product designed to clean and free stick or chronic hard-to-operated valves. ATLANTIC Valve Purge contains Molybdenum disulfide, graphite, solvents and detergents that can be used in most plug, gate, or ball valve. It works as an anti-seize, penetrate and lubricant, to dissolve harmful and unwanted residue buildups. Once the valve is operating freely replace Valve Purge with a ATLANTIC Lubricant/Sealant designed for your service.

All ATLANTIC Valve Lubricants and Sealants are available in Bulk Form (5qt. cans, pails, etc.) and most are offered in a wide range of Stick Form (A through J sizes).
