ATLANTIC SPECIALTY LUBRICANTS
Lubricating
Greases - Special Industrial Greases
ATLANTIC OPEN GEAR
GREASE - A heavy-duty, tenacious, semi-synthetic open gear lubricant
containing a balanced blend of molybdenum disulfide (Moly) and graphite,
incorporated in a non-asphaltic, no-melt base grease, designed to prevent wear
of sliding surfaces, and gear faces.
Operating temperature 0°F to
450°F

ATLANTIC WIRE LINE
DRESSING - A highly tenacious, non-asphaltic lubricant fortified with both
molybdenum disulfide (Moly) and graphite. Designed to penetrate deep into the
core of wire lines and chains, completely protecting the core and all metal
surfaces from moisture, salt water, chemicals and other corrosive conditions.
The solvent carrier evaporates readily leaving an adhesive lubricating film
which does not attract dust and dirt. Applications include wire line and
cables, open roller chains, sliding surfaces, open gears, etc. Does not contain
any chlorinated solvents.
Operating temperature 0°F to 450°F

ATLANTIC HVS-100 SILICONE
GREASE - A non-toxic silicone lubricant with excellent dielectric
properties plus physical and thermal stability. It is insoluble in water,
alcohol's, dilute acids and caustics; vegetable and mineral oils. A USDA H-1
and NSF rating permits use in applications where there may be incidental food
contact or for use in potable water systems.
Operating temperature
-40°F to 550°F

ATLANTIC CHISEL PASTE
is a high performance, high temperature, extreme pressure lubricant formulated
to provide maximum protection to hydraulic hammers and chisel bushings. It
contains a balanced blend of micron and sub-micron size graphite and copper
particles homogenized into a non-melt grease carrier to provide superior wear
resistance between the tool and wear bushings. CHISEL PASTE is designed
for use in hammers only, and should not be used as a bearing grease. Operating
temperatures -20°F to 450°F

ATLANTIC 221R-DBC
LUBRICANT represents the latest technology in lubrication. It is formulated
from pure silicone base oils and selectively treated with rust, oxidation and
anti-wear additives coupled with a shear stable thickener to provide maximum
parts protection in a wide range of temperatures from -50°F to 570°F
(-45°C to 298.9°C) ATLANTIC 221R-DBC LUBRICANT is
non-melting, has a high dielectric strength, low volatility and is insoluable
in water, methanol, ethanol, dilute acids, caustics, glycol, glycerine,
vegatable and mineral oils. ATLANTIC 221R-DBC LUBRICANT with its
waterproof, chemical and corrosion resistance capabilities is an excellent
choice in a wide variety of automotive, marine, agriculture, household and
industrial applications.
Operating tempreature - 50°F to
570°F

ATLANTIC PF-27,
PF-29, and PF-30 GREASES are formulated with
perfluoropolyether (PFPE) base oils, combined with superior additives, and
thickened with PTFE to form shear stable greases. They can be used in a myriad
of applications. Whenever one finds limitations with their present grease, the
ATLANTIC PF Series Greases meet the challenging requirements. For
example, the ATLANTIC Series Greases do not attack seals under high
temperature; they are not attacked by fuming sulfuric acid, or high pH caustic
sodium hydroxide; they have no flash point; therefore, they are safe to use
under any conditions. They are safe to use in partial or total oxygen service;
they can be used continually at 550°F, so they find a multitude of uses in
high temperature applications. They have high extreme pressure (EP)
characteristics, so they can be used in heavily loaded gears and bearings,
especially the PF-29 which contains molybdenum disulfide (Moly) to further
enhance its extreme pressure capability. ATLANTIC PF-29 AND 30 are
designed for medium to high speed bearings. ATLANTIC PF-27 is for
slow to medium speed bearings. ATLANTIC PF-27, AND PF-30 are also
NSF/USDA H-1 registered, which gives them full acceptability for use in all
areas where incidental food contact may occur.
Operating temperatures
-40°F. to 575°F. Printable Adobe Acrobat files:
